Artificial Jewelry: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Fresh Flowers: Orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance. We ship fresh flowers to arrive 1 day before your event to ensure freshness.

Custom Orders: Planning and creation time varies from 1-3 weeks depending on complexity.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (Recommended for fresh flowers)

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Damages

Real & Artificial Jadai is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
