2. Products and Services

We specialize in fresh and artificial floral jewelry, Jadai, and Wedding Malais. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Fresh flower products are subject to seasonal availability. In the event a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due prior to shipping/delivery.

4. Cancellation

Standard orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Custom orders and fresh flower orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun or flowers have been procured.
